initial fit up of my Buyers tool box, I wanted it as far to the right as possible without going outside of the hinges giving myself as much room in the center as possible, I also wanted it as close to the body as possible. First mock up with it showed that because I tucked it close and followed the angle of the doors/swing out that the the outer/rear most corner jutted out a good 2" past the hinges. My solution was to cut a 4" wedge out of the box. This keeps the outer edge flush with the hinge line and reduces the overall protrustion rearward.
The mechanical stops of the hinges keep it from contacting the body, I'm going to use a quick release wire rope lanyard to hold it at the 90dg position.
Generator mount will be added to this.
