Extended JK, JXL

That’s awesome. But how does one actually go about contacting them? Between me and my wife we have been trying to contact them on instagram only to have them tell us to contact them about their JXL and never hear back. Emailed several times only getting a response sorry it is taking so long to reply and then never respond again. Contacted on Facebook same slow reply asking for an email yet we have already emailed. Tried calling and only get a message system asking we leave a message for them to contact us, yet left a message to never hear back.
Seriously been considering getting this done on both of our Jeeps if we could only get ahold of someone.

Epic Family Road Trip just installed one on their JK and JL, for those interested.

Oh wow, that's a blast from the past - I had no idea these things were still being made.

I have to wonder what happens with the rear frame and if there is a stout extension. If you had something like an AEV carrier that puts the weight onto the frame, now you've got all that weight (spare, hi lift, max trax, 10gal of fuel), but cantilevered even further behind the rear axle.. and in fact significantly further behind the rear axle than engineers ever designed it to be...

Super interesting watching the ERF video on the install.. one of their Jeeps was 6,600 pounds! Seriously overweight. Mine was too heavy at 6,200, I can't imagine how theirs drive and what mileage they get!
I hope they can get it lighter even though the vehicle is now bigger...

I have no idea who they are, and I’ve never tried to contact them myself, but it feels like a lot of cautionary tales start with similar stories. I really wanted to buy xx product from xx company. They make the best stuff ever, but they are passionate enthusiasts not no-fun bean-counting business types, so you know they make the best xx product! They’re so busy being the best at awesome they can’t come off the trail or show circuit long enough to do sales and marketing!

Fast forward to the lost deposit, poor quality, useless warranty, crappy business owner part of the story.

Then the really great ones end with 500 posts of people saying they told you so or they would never spend that much for xx whatever when Harbor Freight has a similar looking thing.

It just seems ominous.

When I saw the EFRT video, I was bummed to have to wait until next week to see part 2. Doing a little research today and found the cost makes it a deal breaker for me.
I've been a fan of the Ursa since first seeing Dan's build. Lately, I've been gravitating toward a Gladiator and thought this would steer me back toward the JL.
Lots more thinking required on my end.
