Hitch Safe

I have this one and love it. Ive tried lock boxes and if they don’t have a good cover the dirt from off roading messes with the tumblers. This one comes with a good cover and if you lose it you can buy just a replacement cover.

I like the idea, but you'd never get that open in snow country in the winter without a MAP or Propane torch

Not even a speck of dust in there, let alone mud. There’s a very durable and tight cover that goes over the front where the tumblers are. You might want to take a second look at their pictures of an installed unit.

Had never heard of a 'hitch safe' , had to look it up. Doesn't look like a great place to put anything you don't want wet and muddy as the top is open. Curious.
