This is an ARC Advanced Roof Top Carrier by Dynamic Design. This is a large carrier; it measures 94" L x 25" W x 12" T.

The carrier is in good used condition and does not leak, but could use new gas struts for the lid. No key.

Located in San Diego.

what does that thing weight empty? Also, do you have any idea how many cubic feet of volume is in there? That thing looks HUGE!

I would estimate it weighs around 30 lbs, but I can weigh it for real tomorrow. As for volume, about 17 CF. No question it can hold a ton of gear.
