on my 08, you just pull the light knob out. you have to turn it to the first position first however. As you turn it to off, it pops back in automatically. Don't worry, it took me a couple of days to figure it out as well.

I was pretty impressed with the lights once I figured out how to turn them on.They don't shine down the road very far BUT they should do well offroad to see right in front of the truck. Thanks, the truck is in GREAT shape and I THINK it might have a locking diff,or at least a limited slip.Every time I get on the throttle it pulls to one side. Also when it's wet and I step on it ,it go's completely sideways AND there is blue sillycone on the rear diff cover so it has been off..

This should help you determine which rear end you have...

Don't feel bad, my wife had her car for almost 10 yrs and didn't know to pull the knob for foglights.

nice f150! How is the rear seat room on those extracabs?

same with my wife and our 2003 expedition. I asked her if she ever tried the fog lights to see how they worked, and she said, "what fog lights?"

I said the ones in the lower part of the bumper.

She's like, oh, I thought those were running lights or that they came on with the headlights..haha.

(She had a good point, that she was never really out in front of the car when the lights were actually on, but I still made fun of her..:coffeedrink:)

My son is 6'4" and he fits just fine,I'm not sure he would want to spend day after day back there, but for 3-6 hours it's fine.
