DocWhiskey, I love the Siskiyou County pic. Where did you take it? I grew up in that little part of heaven.

That was a cool little area. I took that on one of my trips; coming south from Crater Lake headed to SanFran, LA, and SD. So I want to say it was the 97 but to be sure I'd have to look at the highlights in my atlas. (It's in California and I'm in PA)

Doc Whiskey, thanks for the update. I think I figured it out. It looks like it was taken at the border on Hwy 97 just north of Dorris. I'm hopefully going to be passing through there again next year. I haven't driven that part of 97 since 2003.

Raul B. Did you have the ashtray where you put your cb? I have the ashtray there and was thinking about removing it to install my radio there also.

I'll have a new F150 soon: 2016 EB 3.5 with the HD payload package. Planning to keep it mechanically stock for a while, but I've been looking for information on something like an alu-cab for the bed or some other decent way to weather-seal the bed but also hide a RTT behind the cab, along with aluminum bumpers. I've been scrounging for information on what pizza cutters I can fit without heavy modifications.

Seems like I'll have to have a lot of this custom fabricated if I don't want to add a klb of steel all over the place.

I traded in my JGC for a 2013 FX4 SB, 6.5 bed barely fits in the garage, with 28K miles on it. I am adding a soft tonneau and a Hauler rack tonneau rack. I will be able to load up my MTN bike and cargo rack while keeping stuff dry and less dusty. I will post some picks when I have it set up.
