Factory LR3 Radio knobs?

Anyone have a source other than the dealer for some factory LR3 radio knobs? The PO of ours put on some crap aftermarket ones and the suck.

The owner is a member of our local LR club. I'm pretty sure he's got an LR3 he's parting right now.
