Factory tacoma 15r ?

Did toyota make the exact same aluminum rim in 15x7 and 16" ? I have to get new tires this year so I've been eye balling lots of trucks lately and noticed a 4runner with the exact same rims but with 265 70 r16. Ill attach a picture of the rims. Thanks!!!

Yes, this rim came in both 15" and 16". I think they started making the 16s with the 1998 model year, but don't quote me.

cool many thanks! would be crazy if you you could fit a 16r tire on a 15" rim

You'd have better luck with a 15" tire on a 16" rim
