Looks great. I see you matched the rims on the trailer so I assume they are the same size? How many spares do you carry?

Is the trailer track width the same as the truck?

Looks like they were meant to be paired together.

Yes it all uses the factory Power Wagon wheel set, I have 15 of them in total now. And I'll carry one spare between the truck and trailer, as well as patches, plugs etc. I feel very confident in it.

Trailer track width is 1/4" Different than the truck, so yes basically the same. And agreed, planning this was fun, but I knew if I could get the widths similar they would seem like a factory pair. Especially with matching wheels and color scheme.

Don't know why I am only seeing this build now!? I'm "working" but just read through all 11 pages. Great f'n build, your fab skills are obviously first class. You can come work on my M1102 anytime ;) You've got to get your rig & trailer to one of these overland/offroad expos and enter it in the build competition.

I was curious if you knew what the factory build was intended for? I have seen a lot of M110X trailers (27 years USAF, Combat Comm) but have never seen one like this. Comm shelters that slide in are pretty good starting points as well but this looks like it was a "tool box" or there is a welding/service trailer that is similar.

Also, the folding Jerry can holder. Is there a NSN on that? I have the holder that came on the front but looking to mount two cans on my rack.

TIA
