The FCC out did themselves in the speed that they approved the new GROL, and Ship Radar Endorsement question pools.
For right now the Cole managers can use the new pools, or the old pools.
It will take most of them a little while to change over to the new question pools.
After Jan 2010 they will have to change to the new pools.
