Feeler: Engel MT 60 in PA

Hi guys,

New here but regular poster on Toyota120. Figured Id try here as well since this is a hard item to sell on the east coast.

Would like to get something a bit smaller...purchased it for road trips but in reality I use it a lot more for carting beer and gatorade around for after rides. To expensive to justify having two.

I imagine shipping would kill the deal so anyone local to Allentown PA interested? Id even be willing to drive 30-45 min or so to meet halfway.

I also have the bag for it. Bag alone is almost 180 bucks.


Like new condition. Used maybe 3-4 months total and not even the whole time. I did have them replace the compressor when I got it because I thought its humming noise was louder than it was supposed to be but turns out Im just noise sensitive.


Would like to get 1200 for it but could maybe be talked down a bit if I dont have to do anything but help you load it into your vehicle.

I suppose its OBO as well...within reason anyway.

Guess id also ship it but I think shipping would ruin the price for anyone.

IMO, price too high. It's 1160 on Sierra Exp, plus the 180 for the bag. Plus it was worked on, and hopefully the new compressor was installed correctly. I'd love it, but couldnt pay near what you are asking. Drop the price a little and see what happens. Best of luck with the sale.

I'll toss out an offer to trade for a smaller unit, I have an ARB MT45 with the bag & would like to upsize, used once, mint shape. I had a guy that wanted to do the same a few months back on the west coast but he couldnt seem to find the time to ship. I'm in VA and would meet halfway of that interests you. If not, free bump! I agree with cstamm81 - its a bit high and most people want the smaller units

Yea I had a few people PM me explaining my price was too high. I agree with that, just hadnt really done my research.

Pondering what I can drop it to and still be ok selling it.

The compressor swap was done by an Engel service center and it works perfectly after (and before I guess...just my paranoia that made them change it).

Rock...Not totally opposed to the idea...Ill think on it.

Alright after considering it I could let it go for 950.

I guess the price is still OBO but much lower than that and it almost stops being worth it.

RockKrawler...is your ARB the one with the drain plug?

If there is an interested party that wants just the fridge, yes.

If not I would prefer to keep the two together. At least for a little while.

Hey, sorry - been busy lately. I dont remember any drain plug, its the metal model, not the new plastic imposter. I prefer the tried and proven model I and others have had for years without issues. I had to sell my original one & ended up buying this one before our trip from CA to VA which was the only time I've used it and it performed flawlessly as expected, I'd just like a it bigger unit now. Let me know if you decide to go ahead, I'd be happy to meet up and do the swap. Its had the cover on since day one.
