FG GVWR and GAWR

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know of a resource where I can find the GVWR and GAWR and engine details for a particular Fuso? Specifically a 2003 FG639. No access to the truck to see the manufacturers plaque, but I can get the VIN number.

Can anybody comment on whether the FG639 and FG649 have different GVWR?

Hi,
In Australia Fg639 has a gvm 5000kg and a Fg 649 has gvm 6000kg.

Worth noting that neither one of those numbers coincides with the 12000 and 14000lb ratings the FG has had in the USA.

In the US the FG 639 is a 12000 gvw rating.(At least mine is) as opposed to the 14000 rating of the newer trucks.

Allan, I've been meaning to ask you how much your rig weighs. Mine is around 11,800lbs I think fully loaded.

My 2003 FE-SP literature shows a 14,500 max GVWR, being split 5360 and 9880 front to rear.

The GAWR are different than those numbers, being listed as 5510 for the front and 9920 for the rear.

I have the body builder's guide if you need additional details.
