Crew cabs do not change in size or length between 2WD (FE) and 4WD (FG) series trucks in any model that I have seen. MFTB sells a comparatively small number of these trucks as is. It certainly would not make sense for them to manufacture two different crew cabs for the 2WD and 4WD configuration.
