On my list as well. I've been wanting a F45ti 10' w/black case for my Syncro Westy. However, it looks like they are being phased out. Maybe some closeouts will be available!:)

After seeing these awning first hand at the AT/Overland Journal open house I think this is the awning we are going to put on our JK. I talked with Mario a little and he said they were working with a company that will produce side walls. Any word on these?

Working on that right now. The variable is the mounting height of the awning, basically all the walls will have the same basic design but the lengths will differ based on how high the awning is mounted above the ground.

TacoDoc, can you help with this? Your walls looked great at Overland WA!

I have a Fiamma F45 on my Sprinter Westy. I bought a screen room from Fiamma, that's made up of a set of aluminum "beams" that fit along the side edges of the awning. These clamp the edges of the waning fabric, and are grooved with a channel to accept the side panels that have a "bolt rope" at the top, and then the vertical edges of the panels zip together. Takes about 30 minutes to set up...

I'd be interested to see what this other company has planned for their sidewall system.

I've gotten decent support from Fiamma, but I think a previous poster was in error when they said they make the stuff in Florida. Actually, almost everything is made in Italy, and sometimes you have to wait on the next shipping container from the Old World to get your parts.

Love mine, though.

As ^^^ I love my F45Ti Fiamma mounted to my 100-Series. After thoroughly testing the F35 on my then AT Horizon and seeing it hold up to my hard use along with Mario confirming the F45Ti would be equally tough I ordered it up from them (Mario & Martyn at Adventurer Trailers) in early 2010. It has plenty of juniper and pinyon pine scratches on it now but this thing is TOUGH! And as you know its only 30-seconds from closed to full deploy and visa versa so we use it even over quick lunch breaks for a respite from the hot summer Nevada sun! Couldn't be more satisfied with this product/purchase.

It's funny that over the years if we were trying a new product, or had come up with a new design. and wanted to see if would handle real world conditions in their harshest form we'd always give one to spressomon to see how tough it was.

spressomon really "uses" his equipment, and if there is a a flaw or design issue he finds it very quickly. We have made many a product modification or decided not to carry a product based on his experience with it.

For the Fiamma Awning to get the "spressomon badge of approval" is quite a feather in their cap.

Martyn, can you guys order a Fiamma F45S? I don't see that you carry it on your webstore but figured if you could add one to an existing order it might save on shipping from Florida. Would prefer to give you guys the business:sombrero:

Besides that, just resurrecting an old thread since there's good info in here. I'm in Flagstaff. Thanks!

FWIW my F45Ti is still going strong. My only nit: Wish Fiamma made a wall kit that didn't take up an inordinate amount of cargo space.

Well, Adventure Trailer didn't work out. I can order direct from Fiamma but good lord the shipping is $200 to a residence.

Really? They should be getting Fiamma orders pretty regularly to go on the FWCs they sell. I would've thought they could help you out.

The gal I called didn't seem interested. They don't stock the F45 just the F35. I'd rather support a forum vendor but whatever I'll just order from the Sportsmobile webstore or directly from Fiamma.

I too am very interested in a Fiamma. I travel solo a lot, so I'd prefer one I can set up by myself which sounds like one of the main selling points of the Fiamma. If I can get one in the US from an Expo vendor, that would be ideal.

I got mine from the local four wheel camper dealers, the very helpful guys at Main line Overland here in Pennsylvania.
