I think the vehicle that will become a new Jeep is not the Panda, but the new stretched version of the 500 sedan. It will have AWD available, and could use the turbo 1.4L engine Fiat uses in the 500 Abarth. The 500L is about the size of a Mini Countryman. That's a lot smaller than Jeep's current small SUV.
