GetAttachment.jpgWell here is my 89 Comanche.I figure there are alot of these that fall pray to the hands of the sawzaw and end up in the junkyard, though I would rescue this rust free example. It has been a long work in progress:victory:.

It turned out alot better than I expected and runs down the road straight and true and will pull my teardrop offroad trailer 75+ all day...it make great power and the gears were a great complement. It also did 820 on the RTI...not too bad.

Hope you all like it...I know I do:)

Very nice job...:clapsmile

Saw one of these sitting at picknpull when I was there over the weekend...it is a shame to see these vehicles ending up in scrape yards, but hopefully someone will find parts to keep others like them on the road.

Very nice job!! I spent most of 2010 building an MJ, "99 MJ Build" on JeepForum and can appreciate all the work it takes to get it where you want it. I ended up selling mine because it was a regular cab and we have a baby on the way.

Again...nice truck and post some more pictures.

You had the sickest MJ build I have seen. I truly hope the person who got it appreciates the work that went into that thing. It was/is a beautiful truck.

Thanks!

Thanks for all of the kind words.:victory: I actually built this before I deployed. I have done an XJ, and a TJ with all of the goodies, curry hydro steering the whole gamut, but the Manche is by far the coolest one, and the best all arounder with the bed. I have 4 other rigs that are built as well and I purchased a nice 710M Pinzgauer that I will build when I get home, I already have everything bought and the design for the cage. I am thinking real hard about selling either my Manche or my 1953 Willy's 4x4 pick-up to cover my latest 2 wheel hobby:bike_rider:. I need to thin the heard soon or my wife is going to kick me off the island here pretty soon:coffeedrink: I am redeploying here in a few weeks and am going to have a full scale sell off...Tons and tons of gear parts...I just have too much stuff. Again thanks for all of the kind words...they are nice to hear after the hardwork and the bark of nay-sayers.

yep!

That is the reason why I built it b/c I didn't want to shell out the cion for the AEV....easy on the eyes and hard on the pocket book.Plus I didnt want to wait for a used one to come up 4 sale.
