Thanks! It kind of sucks having the tent stuck up in the wind but it only clears my head by maybe an inch. The changing room is really slick, that's the reason we chose this tent. The kiddo and dog slept down in the bottom since on this version it is totally enclosed. Then when the wife and I go by ourselves we won't use it.

Just to update the thread a little with some of the current interior mods....

First I finally mounted my radio head in it's final position..

It works really well there, and I have the mic remote mounted farther back in the center console.

I also added an A pillar gauge pod which houses my Aeroforce Interceptor guage and an air gauge as well.

The next mod was inspired partially by member frozenground. I saw his setup and it got my wheels turning and this is what I came up with.

So I started off with a large speaker array behind the rear seat. This was installed back when I was a bachelor, now being a family man I seldom actually used it to it's potential. Thus I decided it was just taking up valuable space and it needed to go. Since I'm still a bit of a audiophile I needed some sort of low end fill to satisfy me. After a bit of modification I was able to squeeze an Infinity basslink behind the center of the seat and started building the rest.

Here you can see my 12v LED work light mounted, I still need to wire in the charger for it. Also you can see the added storage I picked up, as well as the first aid kit mounted above the sub.

Next was the drivers side. We have a golden who tags along on most trips and I was tired of him getting thrown around and falling into the floor board on rapid stops. So I decided to build him his own little space.

It is mounted to the stock seat hinges and extends all the way back to the back wall of the cab to give him just a little extra room to lay down.

I was also able to add more storage on the bottom side, as well as being able to stuff a bag under it in the floor board when it's down.

I'm still working on a way to utilize the space to the right that's left unused right now.

Very nice. Man that looks like a ton of space back there...double cabs have so much potential.

Great looking build! Really love all those inchworm sticks :smiley_drive:
What are your gear ratios?

Thanks! All the shifters are fun to play with. :D Gets everyone confused. The crawler box has 2.28 gears (pretty much stock low range) and the lefty has 4.7 gears. Puts me at almost 200:1 crawl ratio with the 6spd trans.

Yea I'm amazed at how much storage I have gained back now. Plus I still have all the storage underneath the rear seats as well.
