Does anyone out there have a good source for refilling First Aid kits? In the past I have found that it is just as cheap to buy a whole new kit rather than just replacing certain items. Looking for suggestions.
Thanks,

Moore Medical sells just about anything you can imagine, from kits up to equipment for clinics. They ship very quickly, but tend to sell in bulk.
Both Chinook Medical and Conterra are good sources for refill supplies, full kits, and empty bags to make your own kit. Conterra has superb customer support. Adventure Medical (which makes the kits seen at REI) also sells refills.
For basic stuff like 4x4 and 3x3 gauze, many CVS drug stores sell refills supplies in onesies and twosies.
You can probably find a local pharmacy/supply shop that handles, or will order supplies for you. Generally shops that have supplies for elderly, in-home care (wheelchairs, walkers, beds etc) will stock bandages, gauze, tapes, splints, wipes etc.
