hey guys
got a northstar tc800 popup ,wondering about what people have used, built for fishing rod storage.
am thinking of 6,8,10 inch sized pvc pipe bolted to top of camper.would put rods in sleeves and pack foam in ends of pvc tube.
for protection.any other ideas ,solutions out there.
thanks

how about a section of hollow vinyl fence post. about 4 in sq and you can get some end caps and come up with some sort of opening for the end. I found round pvc to not fit my poles very well because of the eyes. The square may fit a reel or 2 also.

If you are talking about typical freshwater poles then you can possibly mount them to the interior roof. For surf and saltwater rods I prefer to store the rods and reels separate as I like to clean my reels when I break the poles down for storage.
