Fitment question for rear on 2001 Limited with OME 2910's

Hi, everyone. I bought a 2001 Montero Limited last summer with 194k on it. Have been working on it over the past year plus. This board has been an amazing source of help and guidance.

So, the rear is sagging on the truck. I've replace the shocks all around and also ordered OME 2910's. Not really needing much of a lift and they seem to be a good choice. Prior to installing them I measured them and the currently installed springs. The 2910's measure a little over 7 inches in diameter. The old springs measure 6 inches in diameter. To me, it does not appear that the 2910's will physically fit either on the lower control arms or into the upper coil housing. Has anyone else ran into this? Will they fit regardless of what I am measuring? Just don't want to rip the old ones out to find the new ones won't fit. Thanks.

Hi DenTar!

Welcome! I have a Suspension sheet listing all the shocks/struts that will work with the Gen3 Monteros! You can find it here and also on the FB groups.

Return your 2910s and Get OME 2917 which is the medium load coils and will net 1.5inches of lift. Please note ARB does not make "light load" rear coils
