FJ40, What's this Lever?

What is this lever on the side of the transmission tunnel (67 FJ40)?

Nothing OEM, guessing overdrive or winch.

Well, according to the seller its the shift lever for the transfer case.

the t-case was a pneumatic handle on the dash, and that is his booger rigging, is my guess.

Well, according to the seller its the shift lever for the transfer case.

I could see that, either way it is rigged. That model would have had a manual lever on the dash for high-low and a cable that operated the 2-4WD via a vacuum system mounted under the hood and on the front drive of the t-case.
