I'm in Southern California, Orange County area. The roof racks usually come out to about $600, un-coated. Problem is, I just sold the Bronco and because the rack bolts to the contour of the roof I would need a Bronco on-site to build another one. Or I could make the rack and mounts and you'd need to do a little welding yourself to mount it.

FJ60 Roof Rack Kit
Well I had to borrow a FJ60 for the fit-up of the roof rack. My buddy did not want the lights on it so we modified it for him.
I'll build another one soon with the light attachment.
The plan is to make the roof rack in kit form, only a 110V welder is needed. The bottom is this ATV ramp. Aluminum and removeable. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200318227_200318227
We needed to make one to see the look and fit of the curved roof line so here it is.
