Floor Jack Mount

Hey there ExPo, I need some help with mounting my floor jack. I've got a normal harbor freight floor jack and have found this mount solution (it keeps banging around in the back). http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS-Performance-Products/555/80321/10002/-1

But here's the thing: I don't want to drill into my bed. Is there anything I could use to keep the mount secure with out drilling?

Drill and securely bolt it in place. Then use a cam strap or ratchet strap to hold it down.

If you're handy with a welder you could easily make one, or attach to a plate to use existing screw holes near where you want to mount it.
