Snowpeak makes a really cool one too. But its not as big... It folds in half and has a knife in the middle. The nice thing is their warenty and it fits into their iron grill top table

I have (and love) the Coleman segmented cutting board.

I like that I can use it as one big board or split it up and use it as one cheese board and one for sliced apples, etc. for a picnic/snack.
