This is a 1987 Coleman Colorado mated with a ¾ ton U.S. Military M116A3 flatbed trailer. Basically, the only remaining parts of the original Coleman are the extruded aluminum caps, the bows that shape the canopy, the cushions, the fitted cover, and the VIN plate. Everything else has been replaced or rebuilt. The HEAVY military axle has been replaced with a 3000lbs. axle with 6 on 139.7mm (5.5in) hubs to match a Toyota lug pattern. The camper box has been rebuilt with 3/4in steel tubing and skinned with galvanized sheet metal. The interior storage boxes have been rebuilt with 3/4in plywood. The Canvas has been replaced with new canvas by Bear Creek Canvas. Flooring has been redone with waterproof vinyl plank. Taillights and side marker lights are LED. There are two 12volt marine deep cycle batteries that can be charged for boondock camping. A single 12volt cigarette lighter plug powers your accessories in the camper. A standard four pin flat plug is used to connect the tow vehicle to the trailer. A pintle hitch that fits into a standard 2in receiver will be included with the sale. Open to answer any questions you may have.
