Working on it the state to re-title it for diesel, as well as update the registration. So after my inspections an fees, if all approved it will be legally titled for diesel and fall under any 2003 model diesel emissions. In Texas and many other states that means EXEMPT. CA smog testing would still be required since it is newer than 1997.

Even in a Cruiser it would take some time to sell. Unless the swap was done by the big names in swaps in Toyotas. And even then some time to sell as the price tag is large!

While that is a great motor it is a bit small for that truck. It is also a bit old. It is also not all that common in the states, yes I know you can get parts for it just saying not many around so people not all that familiar with them. That makes it harder to sell.

Be patient, not like you are not and it will sell.

Cheers & GLWS!

BTW, great little motor to swap in an old Nissan Patrol! ;)

Partial trades still welcome…. not often you will find a newer vehicle with a diesel conversion that is legally title and emissions exempt!

What are you wanting to trade for?
Is there a different truck that would be of interest?

You have a PM.
