For sale:
2006 SMB E350 4x4 Van

The kids are almost grown and my wife and I are entering a new stage of life that requires more space and comfort for road trips and camping. It is time to sell the SMB. I’m the original owner. This van has given our family many years of great backcountry adventures and priceless memories. I have cared for it like a fourth child and would love to see it bring similar experiences and memories to another owner.

The van’s interior is configured with 5 captain’s chairs. If that isn’t your preference, it is a great platform for someone willing and able to build-out their own interior configuration.
The van has been serviced regularly by Hubert at South Bay Auto Care in Lawndale, CA. Hubert is an authorized SMB warranty service center and has more than a decade of experience maintaining and servicing SMBs.

The SMB has been the most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned. The motor is 100% stock with about 123,000 miles and I’ve used Amsoil diesel fuel additive with every fill-up since new. It runs very well and the delta between engine coolant and oil temperature is typically in the 2-7deg area. The EGR needed to be cleaned once, a cracked glow plug wire needed to be replaced and I had the turbo rebuilt by Sunrise Ford in North Hollywood at 117,000 miles. That’s all.
