Located near Cleveland, Ohio.
Acquired in 2018; have title in hand; it was shipped from Florida and has not been used in winters.
It is based on the EB-60 layout and has TONS of storage.
Items added/updated since purchasing the van in 2018:
1. Quadvan 4x4 with 4 inch lift – July 2018 – had dual shocks added to the front and custom springs put in the rear by Oregon Springs – cost ~$20k
2. Wheels – 2018 – Pro Comp Xtreme Alloys – 17x9 – done at same time as 4x4 install
3. Tires – 2018 – BFG KO2 – LT285/70/17 Load Range E – done at same time as 4x4 install
4. Front Bumper – Thunderstruck FEV08-200 Elite - 2018- cost was $1840 not including installation
5. Bushwacker Fender Flares – 2018- cost was ~$450
6. Rear underfloor aluminum storage box (accessed from inside van) – 16"L x 32"W x15"H – 2018 - cost was $1000
7. Radio – 2018 - Pioneer AVH-X391BHS - cost was ~$350
8. Tinted all windows – 2018 - can’t remember cost
9. House Battery – Renogy – 200 Amp Hr - approximately 2 years old – cost was ~$380
10. Custom shelf on rear tire – cost was ~ $700 to make
11. Dometic Fantastic fan (model 7350) in front – 2022- cost was ~$700
12. Professionally had Fluid Film coated on the underbody and in doors twice since 2018 (for rust prevention…even though we don’t drive in winters, I want to be as preventative as possible regarding salt/corrosion). - cost was ~$500 between the 2 applications
13. Backup camera - cheaper Amazon unit but it works for some better visibility when backing up
Not added to the van but included with purchase:
1. I have an Agile Offroad RIP kit (4 shocks and steering stabilizer) that has not been installed. – cost was ~$1200
2. Ravelco Anti-theft device - cost was $350

It is in great condition, inside and out.
The van has been stored (and not driven) during winters. We did NOT drive it over the winter months.
