Our carbon fiber bed replacement camper is officially up for sale. This has been a passion project for us over the last 3+ years, and while it’s hard to let go, it’s time for us to move on and focus on developing our next generation of campers. My wife and I — along with our 1-year-old daughter — used this camper for a number of trips this season and absolutely loved it. It’s been incredibly capable, and solid.
About the Camper
Some of you may have seen my build thread here on Expedition Portal. If so, you already have a sense for what it took to bring this project to life. For anyone interested, the full build thread is here:

I've also recently uploaded a walk-around video on YouTube here:
The camper is constructed from a custom vacuum-infused carbon fiber layup over a 1” high-density foam core. Every panel was molded, laid up, and infused in-house using our own tooling and layup schedule so we could maintain full control over quality and consistency. After fabrication, the panels were bonded together to form the finished shell you see in the photos.
The camper is currently an empty shell with no interior, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants a lightweight, high-quality platform and plans to do their own custom interior build. My professional background is in Sprinter van interiors, and while I’d normally finish the inside, I’ve decided to focus my time on refining production and bringing more camper shells to market for customers who want to build them out themselves.
