Expedition Overland’s 2016 Toyota Tacoma “X3 Meridian”
At X Overland, we have always been and continue to be huge fans of the Toyota Tacoma platform. X3 Meridian is one of our favorite Tacoma builds of all time and has proven itself with us on a wide variety of expeditions. Whether we were heading to the tip of South America, the deserts of Baja, or to the snows of the Arctic, X3 took us there reliably and comfortably.
Our extensive experience with this truck has given us time to perfect the build in all areas mechanical and lifestyle. Numerous and varied expeditions have forged X3 into a refined and versalite platform.
And you can trust us when we say X3 is mechanically sound. Each time upon returning from an expedition, all of our vehicles are meticulously reviewed by our in-house team as well as by XO-endorsed professional technicians to identify any mechanical issues, repair and replace any damaged or faulty item, and thoroughly service the entire vehicle from bumper-to-bumper. Our stringent process of mechanical review is time tested and ensures that our vehicles are ready for the next adventure.
The A/T Habitat is one of the best sleep systems available–built for a lifetime of use. We have enhanced our unit by installing a state-of-the-art Webasto heating system, a National Luna refrigerator, and a Goose Gear seat-delete and cabinet system for galley and gear storage.
This overland-built Tacoma is truly a truck that is equipped for world-travel, but equally perfect for myriad forms of recreational use. Hunters, Anglers, rock climbers, mountain bikers, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds will appreciate the exceptional capability and comfort of this truck.
