Hello members. Why pay retail when you don't have to! Purchased in late Dec. 2020. After purchased, all prices went up on James Baroud items. You can pick up and I am also willing to deliver up to a 200 mile radius from Cottonwood, Arizona. We used Falcon awning 4 times, annex room and side walls once, Falcon shower enclosure twice and we never used the tunnel to date. Has a 2 year transferrable warranty. If you are still interested in just the tent, I will be considering in just selling the tent. The tent does have a Marine Wolf condensation mat and a specially made cover that was made to minimize sun fade. Please let me now.

I have a Space XXL, and am trying to decide between Falcon and Classic awnings.

Im currently East Coast, but looking at trips out west. If I line one up,I’m definitely interested in the JB accessories.
