This camper is in near perfect condition, it has only been used 4 times. roof vent fan has been upgraded to a "fantastic fan." has solar charge controller, 2 batteries, ceiling led lights, 12v outlets, and will include 4 jacks to load/unload camper. It was wired for solar and I have a panel for it that I will include. Camper is located in West Jordan, UT
