For Sale: Phoenix Coyote - SOLD

I'm selling my 2009 Phoenix Coyote (now Mini-Max). I've really put a lot of work into this rig the last year or so and I'm sad to see it go. A little bit about this camper: I am the third owner of this camper and it was in stock condition when I purchased (I have photos if you'd like to see). This camper was pretty much designed for a Toyota Tacoma, however, the previous owner had it on a Nissan Frontier. It is approximately 6 feet long at the floor and has a full overcab sleeping area with storage underneath, approximately 6' 4" interior standing height. It has a 20lb propane tank and a 16,000 BTU suburban heater. The camper comes with 4 happijac jacks for easy lift off of your truck. It weighs about 1200 (wet weight) pounds.

I am asking $10,000 for the camper. It is located in Boulder, CO.

The Things I've added/modified:

4 x 100W Renogy Solar Panels on Roof
30A Renogy Solar Charger
2000W Pure Sine Wave Renogy Inverter
200ah Renogy AGM Battery
2 new outlets (one in counter top)
Renogy Battery Monitor
Butcher block counter top
New swing table with cutting board table top (sized to fit Catan board)
New orientation of benches, storage
CFX 65L Dometic Cooler
New flooring
Freshly painted walls, benches, storage compartments, etc.
Carpeted storage compartments, benches, etc.
New LED ceiling lights, exterior back light, and exterior side strip lights.
4x hydraulic struts to help raise and lower top (also adds stability to top when in strong winds)
Dometic two burner propane stove
16x12 deep sink with manual water pump
3.5 gallon grey tank
7 gallon fresh water tank
New lock and keys
New black out curtains and curtain rods
Victron 20A charger to 120V bed outlet
New Ikea Mattress (about a month old)

I'm sure there are things I'm missing here.

I thought this was a scam initially, The Phoenix Coyotes for sale for $12 grand! Who would pay that for that worthless hockey team.

You might mention that these are built like FWCs and are aluminum framed, not wood.
