Never liked the wood. Wood doesn't belong on the side of any post-WWII vehicle, espeically the fake stuff. I'd like one plain instead, and with round headlights.
one of my buddies had a grand wagoneer in high school and a really cool truck. kind of a beater but an awesome rig to take to the beach. everytime i see one it brings back some great memories

A buddy of mine found a used car dealer somewhere in L.A. who had a bunch of these things - like 30 or more - for pretty good prices. I tried a few different years but hit my head on the roof in all of them, so I took a pass, but my buddy bought one. He loved it. Nice trucks.
I pulled the axles out of a perfect 91 waggy, white, with wood sides. The guy at the yard tipped it on it's side with the forks. Still makes me kind of sick. I wish I had bought the whole truck.
