Moog is just a brand. There is most likely a gazillion brands that will cross reference to the actual part number you need. Worst case scenario pull the whole thing and take it to a mom and pop type parts store. The kind that cut their teeth on parts books instead of pulling whatever the computer says. They will most likely be able to match you up.

Correct.. I will be pulling the tie rod this weekend and try to match it up at local parts store. Just have to find the right guy who will take the time to do it. I might even post some pictures here, maybe one of you guys can identify it. Thanks

For mechanical the mechanic also called the steering lower shaft with ujoint. What is involved in installing a new lower shaft? I can probably get away with just the ujoint only he told me. But if it is better off I will install the complete lower shaft. Any advice? Thanks
