Needs a new bag. Comes with brand new mounting hardware and brackets. All poles included as well. Roof has tear in it near the hinge about 4 inches long. Temporarily mended. Used for 3 seasons. Located in Denver. Also have the oz tent rv4. Came with my trailer. Make me an offer on that. Never used.
