I'm going to say yes it will work based on the instructions manual - if you are wondering how it attaches and how it keeps tension this is pretty clear...
the webbing tension strap should be able to hook to the rack on the Horizon or i can add a canyon dancer ring for it. But not seeing a real problem at this point since you can go to either the end of the awning support or the middle and End.
