When you deflate your tires for off-road they obviously bulge out at the bottom increasing the foot print. Most people don't realize that the tire will also bulge out at the top as well, not near as much as the bottom, but some.
Keep an eye on the clearance when you deflate. If you see rubber marks on the chassis or body next to the tire you don't have enough clearance when running lower pressures.
At 0.75" you should be fine, just keep an eye on it your first few times off road at lower pressures.
