frame width at horns

so my van was hit by a truck and the bumper was a pretzel, ive cut it off and it looked ok at the mounts but want to know the outside to outside measurement of the horn. theres a piece sticking out through the bumper mount, if im looking at it correctly that would also be the outside of the frame, i was thinking of cutting the bumper flange off to mount a custom bumper. thx

Man that CAD just takes all the fun out of it !! No more "test fitting" home made bumpers! I would so miss repeatedly wrestling a 50 lb hunk of steel onto the horns . . . .by myself. . .repeatedly . . while fabbing up homemade bumper. (NOT) :-D

I wouldn't cut the frame flange off: What would you bolt your new custom bumper to??
