I got in but question 21 errors keeping me from progressing. The ratings disappear as you go to the next question. Since question 21 won't finish, I can't get to the end...SOG doesn't need to send me a free Micra.

If that is the one I am thinking about then your problem might have been that each question is assigned 1 thru 10 but you can't use any number twice. If you rated something with a one then you can't rate One again. I found it confusing and had to read the question twice.
Does that make sense?
