Fridge/Freezer on an Inverter?

I have a Dometic CF-35 and I'm wondering if it will harm my fridge if I run it on an inverter.
It is a Cobra 400 watt inverter that creats an square or modified sine wave.

Modified square wave doesn't usually *hurt* anything. What it does is throw off digital timtbers, and makes electric motors hum and such like that. A few devices just won't work on MSW.

I doubt you'll have any problems. The unit has a Danfoss compressor so the built-in power supply is converting the incoming voltage to whatever the Danfoss needs anyway (probably 12v).
