Fridge question

Fridge is a 55 quart Alpicool.

What should the suction pressure be when the fridge is running.

It was having trouble cooling and needed some freon so I added a little until it started to cool a lot better but would like to get it to spec.

What is the proper way to charge one of these?

I don't think Alpicool provides this info or even has docs on how to service their fridges, generally speaking they shouldn't need to be recharged unless there's a leak. Not sure what the warranty is on those, but I'd suggest reaching out to Alpicool directly about this issue.
