Who has one? experiences? do you here a lot of sloshing around? how do they fit in a tacoma access cab tacoma?? Really like the low-profile way of transporting 40L of fresh water, in essentially wasted space!

dont know if im doing something wrong but mine leaks pretty good from the top fill opening when on bumpy roads. the sloshing sound isnt bad. i honestly cant hear it over the other creaks groans and bangs my truck makes.

the leaking does suck though as my carpet got pretty moldy.

mine is in a double cab though so cant comment on fitment in your access cab. i ended up putting gorilla tape over the fill cap and that seemed to stop the leaking though you do have to replace it each time you fill the tank.

HMMM...leakage is no bueno. I'll look into the other tanks a bit more, but our bed is pretty well occupied by a drawer system and 2 decent sized dogs.

Anyone have experience with the flat, upright tank? I think that could find a home in the back seat area, upright mounted to a plywood storage platform

Does it come with a pretty standard threaded outlet? I can piece together a hose and tap from our parts room at work...if its not some weird thread or something

Was also looking into one of these for a 2012 Access Cab Taco. Seems like a great idea, but leaking is an absolute no go.

We have decided to go with the flat, upright one. One fill, one drain, no weird hump in the middle separating 2 outlets. Will post pictures once its mounted

I had one in the Outback, absolutely zero issues leak wise

The only problem with the footwell tank is that it is two separate areas basically. So if you have a pump on it, you need to have a ballvalve on each side before the TEE to feed the pump. One side will be out of water before the other making it feed like a straw with a hole. So close the valve for that side and pull out the rest.

To the second gen double cab Tacoma owners, are you still able to rotate your rear seat 90* forward to utilize the seat fold down feature? It seems like the FR water tank would prevent this.
