I spent 4 months last year looking for an 08/09 diesel 15 passenger with 4WD that was sub-$40k. And even since then havent seen many. I got a good deal on my 5.4L 08, but this would certainly make for a great build.

The 6.4 wouldn't fit. I believe the E series retained the 6.0L until 08 or 09.
