FS 2004 Mercedes G500 G-Wagen - 51K miles!

Where's the beef?

I'm in the market for a G500. This is a $25k vehicle, Edmund's dealer price, with 5k in accessories. Will you take 30k for her?
No need to respond if firm means firm.

She's a beautiful ride, I say you keep her.

Sorry I haven't been checking back in more frequently. I just sent out a couple PMs and wanted to get back on the forum. The G Wagen is still for sale, but I'm feeling less inclined to sell...the budget still allows for this vehicle, although a little tighter than I had hoped. I am in Pollock Pines....halfway between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe.

I've seen the blue book prices on this rig, but if you are looking to find one even close to this condition/miles, at those prices, you will never find one. Keep an eye on Autotrader...anything resembling this rig sells in the mid 40s every time. I paid $46K and then sunk another $4-5K ....all in July of last year....that's after researching and shopping for over 6 months.

The price is right for the mileage and rust free condition of this truck. Everything on KBB value has 100k+ miles, rust and 4+ previous owners. Right now the G market is a strange one as there are no in-betweens with either beaters or gems like this resulting in the price deltas.

GLWS, but if you can keep it, do it.

Thank you for posting your build it has helped me a lot with my 2012 550 build. Question 3 years later have you done anything else to your G? Anything you wished you could change ?
