purchased about 2 years ago and used about 8 times.
2 propane tanks
solar panels for recharging the included batteries
Dometic CFX3-95DZ refrigerator

I am in California if you are interested in checking it out in person. It only takes a few minutes to setup the main trailer in the driveway so you can see the "living" quarters. Setting up the complete Annex would take a bit more time and require moving the trailer to a field or something. Everything is in great condition, no tears or damage. Just have not been able to use it as much as we originally thought and the deal I had with my wife has officially expired.

Yikes! Thanks for the heads up. It looks like they might have actually stopped selling this model. I am having a heck of a time finding it. I found a youtube video of a walk around of at Patron that they put up a couple years ago.


If anyone has a specific question, please let me know and I will do my best to answer the questions. Going to see if i can find the old PDF for the unit. Thanks again for letting me know about the link.

Tossing out a bump since it has been a bit since I posted. Setup of the pop up is realistically about a 10 minute process once you have the legs down and the kayak rack unloaded. The annex on the other hand took us about an hour to put together but if you are building a weekend long base camp in some foul weather, it is totally worth it to have 200 sqft of dry space outside of the camper to cook and play cards. Thank you all for the questions in the PMs. I have not received a deposit yet so it is still up for grabs.

Updating the price... we just got it back from the consignment shop where they were shockingly unable to sell it for 22k... go figure. Going to try boosting it on facebook this weekend. Let me know if you have any questions!
