Pulled off our 2016 MB Sprinter van, the bumper comes with the driver side tire carrier, passenger side bike rack arms, tow hitch and all the hardware. The bike rack did have a storage box mounted so there are some holes drilled into the arms. It does not include bike trays or storage box.
CONS: The bike rack swing arm dust cap must not have been seated completely as there was sign of some moisture/dirt in the bearings. I greased the bearings and they function correctly.
