I'm listing this for a buddy I go camping with, so I've seen this in person. Pretty accurate. If I had a need for an RTT(read:GF/wife) I wouldn't hesitate to buy this.
For sale is this Ezi-Awn series 1600 RTT with ladder extension and also includes the optional shower enclosure ( which is drab green in color)
I purchased the tent brand new and it has been used 2-3 dozen times over the past several years. Overall, The tent is in good condition including the hinges, frame and canvas. The wood is rot free. The original vinyl cover has done its job protecting the tent very well but is UV faded and pretty much worn out so it'll need a full replacement. There are also a few minor things that need attention..there's a burned area in the front door bug screen material approx 8" x 4" caused from a catalytic heater getting too close to it ( see pics ) so that will need repair and also one of the cinch down straps needs to be replaced on the tent. A good cleaning of the canvas and it would look like new. Its still very rigid when open and trust me there is still PLENTY of life left in this beauty.
