FS: Hitch mount spare tire carrier. $400

This is a hitch-mounted, swing arm spare tire carrier, custom made by “Detours of Maine” to fit my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. No doubt it can work with plenty of other vehicles, but it’s on you to make sure it fits your vehicle. Measures 25” from the center of the (2”) hitch to the end of the swing arm, and 26” from the center of the hitch to the center of the upper hitch. It is designed the carry the tire fairly high so as not to impede your departure angle. Tire mounting plate fits standard Jeep 5 x 127mm bolt pattern. Includes anti-wobble mechanism. I used this extensively over the past 4 years, logging over 100K on and off-road miles and never had any issue whatsoever. It is well used and has scuffs, scratches, and minor surface rust, but still works great. I’d still be using it, but it doesn’t fit my F150. Includes (removable) home-made metal drop down table.
