This heavy duty overland trailer, The MOAB Fort XL + Summit Package, is in excellent condition and has been lovingly maintained and thoroughly enjoyed. On account of several custom upgrades, it is better than new. The kitchen has been rebuilt with heavier-duty aluminum/composite and coated with bedliner, and the undercarriage was re-coated/sealed in July. A high-end iKamper RTT was put on just recently. We're moving and our family is growing, time for the trailer's next chapter.

I'm happy to do a video walkaround and chat on the phone.

- Andy

PS & full disclosure: a loan was used to purchase the trailer and so the title is held by my local credit union. I've bought and sold multiple rigs through ExPo in this manner and am happy to provide references (you can look through my posting history to see that I've sold two vehicles to ExPo members - to boil it down even further, I'm not a scammer and have receipts and references to prove it!).

Here’s most (something is always forgotten!) of the features, maintenance, and add-ons, some of which I’m responsible for and some which were done by the prior owner:

- Brand new iKamper X-Cover 2.0 RTT w/ upgraded iKamper mattress set (King size bed)

- 20lb propane tank front mounted on tongue

- Unique custom built fully aluminum frame

- Wheel bearings were repacked by RV-specialist shop and suspension was fully inspected in July.

- Hot water heater (disguised as jerry can) with shower head attachment and mount

- 12v electrical system with 100ah deep cycle battery

- Solar charger and 120w solar panel

- Max coupler articulating hitch

- Storage LED cargo light

- 400 watt power inverter & 10 amp/hour battery charger

- Shovel and axe with quick-fist mounts affixed to front of trailer

- 12v USB with 4 charging ports wired into tent (not currently connected; I took it out because we weren't using it, though I'm glad to reinstall if you'd like. Will of course include in sale if not)

- 12v USB rechargeable fan (clips on inside tent)

- Built-in scissor jacks to raise and lower tent

- 18 gallon fresh water tank (freshly sanitized)

- Digital water gauge added below rear sink to track water usage from tank

- Shurflo 12v water pump

- Rear slide-out galley kitchen w/ ICECO 12v fridge/freezer 21L, like-new Camp Chef Everest stove with lodge griddle/grill, and large sink with adjustable showerhead sprayer that can also be mounted; included will be a standard kitchen sink sprayer and hose (that I removed bc pressure and pattern are not adjustable)

- Large stainless steel table tops on swing out beside galley kitchen

- Propane piped to the rear galley with quick connect for gas grill

- Two rear mounted/hardwired flood lights for kitchen area

- Compact 180-degree 23Zero Awning mounted to custom-fabbed bracket on rear of trailer over galley (awning can be raised and lowered)

- Full-size 33” spare tire mounted on the rear swing tailgate

- Offroad Jeep tires/wheels in great condition

- 2" rear hitch receiver (for bike racks, etc)

- 2x rear stabilizer jacks

- Heavy duty off-road axle-less suspension

- Trasharoo spare-tire mounted trash container

- Trailer wheel lock

- Custom-built extruded aluminum box mounted between tent and trailer to support large cartop cargo bag for hauling all the extras

From the manufacturer: The Fort XL is our most popular of our off-road tent trailers and is slightly larger than the MOAB Fort. It has all the same amenities and design characteristics as the Fort but is lengthened 16” to accommodate a larger roof top tent in addition to 25% more cargo capacity; perfect for larger families and/or longer trips. The Fort XL is a unique expedition trailer with an inside locking storage capacity of up to 49.7 cubic feet and a top mounted cargo rack or the option of a roof top tent.

You can play around on the manufacturer's website with the configuration. Our trailer is the base plus the Summit Package ($7900) and includes many of the upgrades they offer plus custom enhancements and betterments. Purchasing direct a loaded (but still not comparable) Fort XL + Summit trailer from MOAB today would cost you at least $27k.

More pics here. The close-up photos in the first post are the most recent. The below photos show the trailer in various iterations and configurations. It is highly customizable, to say the least, and can be towed by a range of vehicles due to its low weight and compact length.

Bumpity bump bump bump to the top of the list.

PS - axle-less suspension is so smooth you wouldn’t even notice going over those bumps while towing this rig.
